Has anyone heard from Alex Peterson in the last month? We have had him bring items down from Laredo in the past. Have sent him a couple of emails with no response.

Someone is posting for him on the Chapala.com web board. You can check the exact posts there, but the short story is there were problems at the border apparently because he has a new vehicle but he is confident he can work it out. But his business is now closed for any and all future shipments and everyone is to stop ordering to ship to his Laredo address. I am waiting for my stuff too.

The last time I spoke with Alex via e-mail he apologized for not replying sooner. He said there was no Internet at his location (somewhere in the states I think). This was in December 2017.
