They have a maid service in the area called Spring Clean which I've used for over 8 years. They will come to your house, assess your needs and make arrangements for their maids to come with all the cleaning equipment needed to do the job. No problems with vacation pay, aguinaldos, terminations, etc. They cover it.

People like me who want an arms-length relationship with their house cleaners find this to be ideal. Two ladies come every other Friday for four hours and since we don't get the place very dirty, it works. If we have any complaints, we deal with Letitia, who deals with the maids.
