Pool parts and accessories on line
If you need pool parts (pumps, filters, covers, skimmer baskets and flaps, etc., etc. there is a great online company that ships to Mexico.
It is: http://www.poolcenter.com/
Their prices (including shipping costs) are about 1/2 of what you would pay locally or on amazon.mx
Locally they wanted $750 pesos for my skimmer basket and $900 pesos for my skimmer flap. I just ordered from poolcenters and it was $41.00 USD including the cost of shipping. The price of their pool covers is also very reasonable.

Wow....good deal! Have you received your parts yet? Or did you just place your order? Please let us know if you're satisfied with the quality of the products and the customer service. I know several people who would be interested in saving money on their pool maintenance!

Re: Pool parts and accessories on line
I expect it in a week or so. It got delayed because the shipping address was different than the billing address (CDN credit card). I had to call them and verify.

Re: Pool parts and accessories on line
I received my order on Monday. There was another delay because they had charged me the wrong amount for shipping. Instead of USPS they wanted to ship it to Mexico with UPS which was $24 extra. Once I OK'd that it was here in two days so I guess if everything was correct from the get go it would have been here in two days instead of 2 1/2 weeks. With the additional charge the total came to $65 USD which is still cheaper than what I could have gotten locally. Next time I will place the order then call them to confirm that everything is good so there are no delays. There were no extra taxes or duties, probably because the value was under $100 USD. I'm not sure if there would be any add-on's for higher values. I will use them again.
