What blood labs have you had good experience with in Ajijic?

I like ISSE behind the casino in La Floresta. They do a good job and will email your results to you. They give a discount if you have a DIF or INAPAM card. I think the hours are 8am to 2pm.

I have also used CARE in Maskaras Plaza - also gave a discount with DIF card. They have a new branch in West Ajijic in a strip mall near the Bluebell icecream shop. They were giving a promotional discount for the new office - don't know if that is still on. I usually compare the two places for prices.

Have also used the clinic in Chapala on Flavio Romero - about a half block off the main street. They run about the same price as ISSE - they do OK at the basic stuff but don't do well with unusual tests.

There is also a blood lab as part of Medical Especialistas in West Ajijic. I know they fired their former lab for being too expensive. I don't have any experience with the new lab. They are there from 9:30 to 1pm.

I used TOLSA in Guadalajara as my doctor at the time said they were the most reliable and had a full battery of tests done.

Yes, I like Tolsa also but I've had bad blood tests at the Ajijic branch. In Guadalajara is excellent but don't remember if they give a senior discount.
