Noise complaints

So... clients had noise complaints about neighbors partying until all hours of the night, I spoke to the municipal judge who has jurisdiction and he said he could cite them to appear and perhaps sanction the guilty parties but also said that noise pollution should be reported to and can be punished by the Municipal Ecology Department. I saw a post in the news that the Ecology department accepts complaints online so I thought I would share the link here so those with noisy neighbors can complain from the comfort of their home, the link is...
