Accident in front of WalMart

Does anyone know what happened in front of WalMart yesterday? When we drove by around 6pm, emergency services were on the scene. There appeared to be a scooter or motorcycle under a vehicle, and I thought I saw a person under there. A woman was crying with several small children clinging to her. I hope everyone is ok. That intersection has so many accidents and near misses.

A male foreigner on a motorcycle and a car were involved in a collision. The motorcyclist was transported and my understanding it was with minor injuries. According to what I read, his name was John.
