Possible poisoned meat

Someone asked me to post this for them.

At 11 this morning I went into the Plaza Bugambillas via the ramp to the parking garage. About 10 min later, I returned the same way and scattered (looks more like placed) along the ramp were about 6 pieces of meat. See photo, I have closeups too.
I tried to make a few calls but was unsuccessful so I bagged the meat and particles and took them to Ladron's and gave it to Dr. Mauricio who was seeing patients.
Aside from Sue, it was hard to find anyone who cared much. I'm trying to get a hold of Lena. I asked the parking lot guys how this meat got here and who put the meat here (2 of them) and neither even walked over to see the meat and just shook their heads and hands and went back to what they were doing.

I'm the one who found the meat. I have been in contact with Lina and, per Lina, got the meat back from Ladron's and took it up to the bombers. Chief Enrique Perales has it now. He will get it tested. If I learn more I will pass it on.
