Dish Network with DVR programming in Chapala?

Is there any way to receive Dish Network with DVR programming in Chapala area? Someone said "yes" if we buy a dish and receiver/DVR. Anyone know the details or whom to call? Thank you!

Also available with DVR programming is DirecTV USA, not as good reception. And the Canadian Shaw Direct system with a very strong signal that provides all kinds of channels including a few HBO channels, and almost every city in Canada plus the US network stations from Seattle and Spokane WA and from Detroit . Oh they have WGN Chicago and a station from Rochester (Spelling) NY and of course all offer DVR..

Why would anyone want a dish, when you can get whatever you want on these new android boxes, all it takes is a good internet connection.

Perhaps because many of us do not have "all it takes is a good internet connection."

And many of those boxes don't have good viewing guides. You have to know what you want to watch versus being able to surf the guide. Also some of them have IP blocker problems when trying to view the content down here in Mexico.
