Cooking Classes Empty Cooking Classes

Post by RichD Sat Dec 10, 2016 7:16 am

My son, 16, is the cook of our two person household. I have seen cooking schools that are for career seekers, but would love for him to attend short classes or workshops to build his skills. He has no desire for employment in the field. If any know of such opportunities, especially in Chapala, I would love to hear about them. Any cuisine is desired.

Abuelinda does cooking classes. She takes you to the tianguis & then cooks what she buys there. It's in Ajijic, though. I guess she doesn't have a website since the link here doesn't work but contact info is there.

If you have a housekeeper she may be able to teach/share some recipes and techniques.

Carry, thanks, I will get in touch with her.

Luna, if I had a housekeeper, my son would not be the home's cook. LOL

Any more leads, please?

Thanks again Carry, I can see Facebook as a never to be one of their members type. I will check out the classes for my son, but if he thinks I will eat kale after a class, he will be wrong. LOL
