What happened to City Sandwich?

Does anyone know what's going on with City Sandwich? Their truck is gone and a sign on the building says for Rent. Have they relocated to another location? I really liked their food.

According to the thread on TOB they are gone, not relocated. Despite their popularity with at least a small group of people they couldn't make it.

Just went by there today, and the truck is gone and the place has a for rent sign on it. I hope if they try again they'll work on ambience a bit. Too bad though, really nice folks.
