October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and the Clinica Municipal Chapala will have discounted mammograms for the entire month. Normally they are 350 but for this month they are 250.

Do you happen to know if they do sonograms as well as mammograms? Some of us have had more than the recommended share of radiation over the years.
Also, where is the Clinica Municipal Chapala located? Hours, days open?

They have a website, but they are up behind Soriana. Go as if to Soriana but pass the entrance and turn right at the street. Go about a block and you will see the sign painted on a big wall with an arrow. Follow signs for few blocks. Yes, sonogram, normally 250 pesos. I think they're 24/7 but mammos etc daytime. No appt needed. Bring a book.
