Access to the top of the large hills in Riberas del Pilar? Empty Access to the top of the large hills in Riberas del Pilar?

Looking at google maps there appears to be a road up to the summit of each of those to large hills in Riberas but the little google street view man has no access. Is there a path up those hills?
