Application forms are available in the LCS office.

All application forms and supporting documents must be returned to the LCS office by Friday, 21 October.

NOTE: Do not have to be a member of LCS; must have either temporal or permanente MX visa.

I got mine through the LCS about two years ago. I seem to remember that one needed a CURP number. I had/have one but it created problems for those who didn't.

Someone, please correct me if I am wrong.

Curp is yes than its a no Pete.   Check with the requirement list on the form available at LCS and it will tell you at least for this distribution. Folks this is easy if you have ever wanted your Inapam card now is the time to do it.
