Gaucho Tequila has indeed closed.
It is being replaced by "El Fogon de Charlotte".
The owners are the folks from Lake Taco, and they are opening this weekend.

Yep. I got the news at Lake Taco the other day. Carlos and Lori will be the proprietors. The son of the owner of LT, which has the Pemex franchise also, is running it for now. Everybody appeared a bit shell-shocked.
I hope they do well, I really like them.
