Someone on TOB has reported their "avast" is doing the same thing there. I think it is a problem with avast. I have McAfee on one system and Norton on another. Neither has reported a problem with either site.

Avast on my machine reports nothing on either site.

Try rebooting your machine. Uninstall Avast and then reinstall it.

My installation of Avast is up-to-date with the latest software. I have been using it for several years now and it has caught viruses or trojans in the past but nothing recently.
