Casa Domenech in Ajijic - new restaurant

There is a new restaurant in Calle Zaragoza named Casa Domenech. It is a cosy small indoor restaurant and they have wonderful tasteful food and good wines. It is something to delight the palate. For people who love only burgers or fish and chips it is not the right place.

Is this mostly a breakfast restaurant? I wish restaurant owners would figure out that all these odd hours are not good for business - for goodness sakes, open and close the same hours most days, instead of creating a weird configuration of hours that has customers throwing up their hands and saying, "oh, hell, I will just go to Roberto's." We never could get to that tapas place close to LCS because they were never open when they said they would be and open when they were supposed to be closed. No wonder they closed their doors for good.

They are open for dinner on Weds, Fridays, and Saturdays. It's small (resulting in good ambience, service and food but long-ish waits) but a very enjoyable meal, whether breakfast or dinner. They have a FB page; reservations highly recommended.
