There goes Hole in Ones food quality. And I thought we found the "Best" restaurant in Ajijic. Well, that leaves LAURENT and NINETTE to fill the space.

Laurent will re-open on May 31st, complete with Sunday Brunch and a "new menu" according to the Guad Reporter.

Hole in One should do like the Thirsty Turtle did with their menu, maybe I should suggest it to Pancho.

What's that; close and promise to re-open and never do?

If HOLE IN ONE has truly closed, why is the menu posted at Super Lake???

Word has it, the Thirsty Turtle leased kitchen @ Hotel Perico, and has scheduled grand opening....2 fer 1 on the 23rd.....similar menu...ribs...burgers etc.

On the Libramiento between Ajijic and Chapala. If my memory serves me correctly, this is the place built on the hill overlooking the old dump? I remember us commenting: "why would some fool build a place overlooking the smelly/burning dump?" Not a problem now that the dump has been closed. Property was probably real cheap back then!

As you head up the hill, turn left @ the Michelin tire shop.....up the hill.....lots of parking. He says menu will be similar to when he was across from super lake. He says he will have 2 for 1 dinners the 23rd. Open for breakfast on week ends. Open 3:00pm other days.

Hotel Perico will also be having an open house on Sept. 23 from 3 to 6 pm. They are inviting everyone to come and see the hotel during that time and will be offering free drinks. It is a beautiful place!
