iusacell data
A few months ago when I bought my Nexus 6p smartphone, I bought a data plan from iusacell. At that time when I used data in the notification bar it would show 3G. I knew that iusacell has LTE available in Guadalajara. When I turned on data here at Lakeside I would get a 3G showing up in the notification line. A few minutes ago I noticed on my smartphone that instead of iusacell showing up in the notification bar AT&T LTE was in the notification bar. So I turned Wi-Fi off, data on and ran Speedtest. I was surprised with the results. I got 12.48 down and 8.75 up.
So it looks to me unless this is just a test that LTE data speeds are available Lakeside for iusacell users.

That's super news. I have the 2 year prepaid plan and I think it's great value.

Re: iusacell data
We switched to AT& T a little while ago. It is a good deal, especially 2GB a month with the pre-paid plans. A word of caution. We were told by the AT&T rep. that when we were in Canada, people there could call us for 1.5 pesos per call. NOT. My daughter called me 3 times & it cost her $7.00 for each call. YIKES. Best thing for us was for them to call our Magic Jack number which works fine with data if there is no WI-FI. Also, for some reason, the coverage where we are in upper Riberas is not very good. Other than those 2 issues, the service works great.
