B12 Shots

Anybody know where to go for the shots? Does Claudia at Farmacia Express do it?

If you can self inject I believe you can buy them OTC at RX gdl.

jaja I can but I don't want to. I know you can buy the injectables almost anywhere but not all will do the injection. Guess I could buy them and go to Cruz Roja or somewhere. . .

That exactly what I did, self inject in my muscle left side thigh. It's very easy. I gave once a week. For a month.

I was reading the Epsom salt thread in shopping, it's expensive here in Mexico. Definitely bring it down or have someone bring it . I use 2 cups or more for the tub at least once a week when needed.

I bought 4 lbs for 2.79 US dollars. If you need/use frequently it's pricey in Mexico.

Buy the B12 doses with needles at any farmacia and ask if they give the injection. If not, stop in at any clinica. Probably wont be charged anything since you have your own needle.

Is B-12 Niacin? I've taken Niacin pills and got deathly sick.

Niacin is B3.
