I am totally ignorant on the subject of Mexican birth certificates, so I don't know which one is fullavit. My point there was not about that, but about the foolishness of making broad assumptions about people we know little or nothing about.
Some posters are regular "confessionals" about their lives before and after moving to Mexico. Others aren't forthcoming at all, and who can blame them for not posting nakedly?

Just to weigh in with my dos centavos and that living here for years does not make you an expert on all things.
Being someone that does know a lot about actas de nacimiento, I can tell you that the one posting about it was "fullavit".....and that is not an assumption.
