In Chapala there is a restaurant that just opened about a month ago. Word is that
the food is great, and is starting to get noticed. It is located near the Club de Yachts.....
I can confirm how good the food is, having eaten there once.

Palapa de San Juan, near the Club de Yates in Chapala. Keep the malecon on your right and continue on Ramon Corona beyond the pier at the east end. It will be on your right.
