Costco location
Can someone tell me if Costco's only location is the one on 80? Also, is the quickest way, West towards Jocotepec, then up 15 & 80,...as opposed to the Periferico and back 80.
Thanks. Hate to bring what I need from PV, next week.

Re: Costco location
There are two locations in Guadalajara; actually in Tlajomulco and Zapopan, but a search for “Costco en Guadalajara, Jalisco“ will provide you with maps of their locations and the ability to print out directions.

Re: Costco location
Don't drive the Periferico unless you absolutely have to. It's a very dangerous road with tons of trucks.

Re: Costco location
If you live Lakeside the one on Lopez Mateos Sur (thur Joco) is the easiest on to get to.

It's surprising how many readers don't read the entire question.....gringo_pv wrote:Can someone tell me if Costco's only location is the one on 80? Also, is the quickest way, West towards Jocotepec, then up 15 & 80,...as opposed to the Periferico and back 80.

Since you said you are coming from PV.... the closest one on the way is:

Re: Costco location
That would be true when heading to PV, not when visiting Lakeside.

Re: Costco location
Highways 54, 80, and 15 all come together near Acatlan, then proceed northeast and it will also become Av. Lopez Mateos, where a Coscto is located.
I always return from PV via Mascota and then jump over to 80 at Ameca, which would make the Lopez Mateos store the closest.
If you taking the cuota and travelling through Compostela all the way into Guadalajara, then the Vallarta store would be better.

Re: Costco location
Thanks to all. Actually, I am permanently moving from Vallarta, to Lakeside, so Av. Lopez Mateos sounds like the best choice.

Re: Costco location
Absolutely! And, there's a nice MEGA right next to it. The advantage of the other Costco is that it's adjacent to the Gallerias Mall which has many stores.
