Which Telcel Location?

We have T-Mobile USA and understand it to be fairly simple to switch to a pay as you go Telcel plan while maintaining our US phone numbers?

Wondering which Telcel location has someone conversant in English since our Spanish is very marginal?

There was a young gentleman at Telcel at Laguna plaza that speaks english. When you check in at the entrance request someone english speaking.

... or use Anna at her Telcel office on Juan Alvarez around Plaza Bugambalias. Down from FedEx.
