Maybe this will give you a smile.

I have been noticing this for some time now and thought it interesting.

This was on what I believe to be the Sous (or maybe executive) Chef at The Waffle House West of Ajijic. Several servers had the same "style."

Mostly in food establishments and/or places such as Walmart in the bakery area.

I have seen an under-neck sling/support after surgery to remove the wattle. Nope.

To keep the chin warm?

A surgical mask gone wrong?

Well, maybe workers were told they had to wear the mask when the worked with food, but weren't given instructions on how o use them.

Looks like a regular medical mask that is just pulled down. Maybe they are required to wear one without specifying how to wear it.

Michigan used to have a law that motorcycle riders must wear a helmet. Many people wore them strapped to their knee. That is wearing it, right?
