Are you sure it is the MJ Plus? If you are using it plugged into a router or modem it could be just the USB power supply that is bad. I have to replace mine about every six months. Try plugging it in directly to a usb port on your computer to see if it works w/o the power supply brick.

Steren at Centro Laguna mall (across the street from Walmart) usually has a replacement in stock. If it is the MJ unit itself you will probably need someone to bring one in from NOB.
