Can anyone advise on what procedures are in place to allow for non-resident voting for the upcoming election in Canada?

I understand us tax paying Canadian ex-patriots will actually be allowed to vote for the first time in this election

I know Pedro wants to cast several votes for that dashing, dynamic Justin Trudeau.
