Anyone need a quick trip to Laredo?

Anyone need to go to Laredo for shopping or to the !Mexican Consulate? I have a friend leaving early this Wednesday Aug.5 and returning Saturday Aug.8.
"I'm only charging $1500 pesos to drive someone up and back. That's a big savings compared to taking a bus.
It'd be OK if they did some shopping in Laredo. If they need to go to the American Consulate, I could take him/her there too."
