HELP! Sorry but I am so technically challenged when it comes to cell phones!! We just bought a Movistar cell phone that supposedly costs us $100 pesos per month and we can call three different numbers in the US for "free". But what does the "free" actually mean? I'm assuming it means that I can call those three numbers for the same amount of pesos that it would cost me to call a local number in Lakeside. Is this correct?

There is no cost but you must register the numbers, I think it is something like dialing #343
