how did we get our fm3 in calgary over 9 years ago if the consulate has only been there 7-SNORK!

Larry Schneider ( Regina ex-mayor ) has been operating an outpost consular service for years... he processed my FM3 papers thru Vancouver Consulate easy peezy.... only issue was my reluctance to UPS my Passport.CanuckBob wrote:I'm sure they won't be there long......jajaja. Eh Hocks?
