Nope. Nice even downfall in our area (Centro Ajijic). We only had problems when it rained 4 - 6 inches or more in that time period. 2.5 inches is quite normal.

Drove through San Antonio at 9:30 and they were clearing huge amounts of debris from the two intersections that get plugged up, by Absolut Fenix and Panino.

I had an infinity pool for about two hours in Riberas. It was cool.
That intersection by Fenix Realty is always a mess after more than an inch of rain. One day the road is going to bottom out into the arroyo it is built over.

That intersection by Fenix is one that I walk out to almost every day. I walk down the 'goat path' from El Dorado to that intersection, then either walk to Walmart or catch a bus to other places. All that debris that you see is eroding down from the path, which is making it extremely treacherous to walk on. If it isn't repaired soon, no one will be able to walk along it. There are huge gullies, many loose rocks and boulders, and construction material leftovers all through there. Now I know why people call it the 'goat path'.......you have to be part mountain goat to walk on it!

Thank Omar for those problems. When he had el Dorado built he had the arroyo torn out.

Yes, El Dorado broke all the rules and created many many issues in the community. Good luck getting Omar to fix it. The federal Gov't evicted Letty's Restaurant for encroaching on the Arroyo but Omar is above the law. One day a huge rain will cause the collapse of the tower on ED. I feel sorry for the owners.
