Can anyone identify this bug?

My friend found this wonderful bug in her garden but we can't find any similar photos to identify it. Any ideas?

I've heard them referred to as (chinches pedoras).

It looks like a black bug in "white face", which is totally unacceptable in modern society.

I also asked on TOB, and found out it is a Giant Mesquite Bug Nymph
