Turning in car paperwork in Laredo & Best Route

I hope I am posting this in correct forum. We are returning U.S. vehicle to Nuevo Laredo , with a returno seguro When I came in , nine years ago,
I crossed at Columbia Crossing. Both INM and Banjercito were in the same building. We are crossing , this time, at International Bridge #2 , in
Laredo. I have found directions to INM, however, to not know if this is also the place we should turn in our car import paperwork.
Also, has anyone done this trip recently? If so , what route did you take from Chapala to Nuevo Laredo.
