wrecking yard,chapala?

Try Google Yonke or Hueserio. There used to be a Yonke on the Chapala airport road southbound. I am not sure if its still there or even if its what you are looking for in a wrecking yard. They deal (dealt) in salvaged auto parts.

I have seen a few places in Chapala that look like wrecking yards.....

right now windshield wipers. the whole rig. an old vocho set miight work. they fit over a slightly tapered base with nut and washers.

another thing i am looking for are instruments which could be mounted in a small panel. speedometer,fuel guage,water temp,oil pressure.voltmeter and maybe a small tach.

Water temp, oil pressure, voltmeter and tach you can get aftermarket at AutoZone for next to nothing. They may even have a fuel gauge however that and the speedometer are usually car (or sender unit) specific and hard to adapt.

i checked autozone and orma here and all az had was a tach and fuel guage. orma had zip and when i went in there there was about 8 goofs sitting around and i got totally ignored. at autozone they jump to the pump so to speak.

There are a lot of wrecking yards on the free road going to Zapotlanejo.

This is the only wrecking yard I've seen in Chapala....

i recall somebody mentioning a vocho wrecking yard here???? those wiper arms might work on reggie.

There was kind of a vocho wrecking yard on the right side as you head out of Chapala just past Soriana's otherwise talk with Ron Young.


There is also that father/son in Riberas that have many old vochos and parts. I'll see if I can find his name and number.
