Seeking website designer familiar with Dreamweaver program

I have a website in progress, however the young man doing the tech work was in an accident and had to go to Mexico City to recouperate. He will be OK but will be unavailable for some time. I need someone who knows the Dreamweaver web building program to work with me to finish this project. I know there a lot of computer types and store fronts like the one opposit LCS, however would prefer a young Mexican who can come to my home office (San Antonio)and be able to take my directions to complete this job. If this works out I will have other projects on an ongoing basis. Thanks for any help.
