The water softener is not working properly ... and it needs a service call to start with, and someone who knows what they are doing?

Any suggestions?

Techno Agua on the carretera south side, west end of Ajijic. Same plaza as the fish place.
I use them for all my water needs, filters etc.
Vicki speaks good english. Beer

Do you happen to know anything about a zeolite filter .... or know if they do.
This has just been brought to our attention and we are looking for some places with some expertise.
