Well I see that some of you are your usual (un)gracious selves here.

We had four of us at our gym today.  Me at 70, one at 58, one at 40 and one at 14 and none of us could do that without some practice.

We decided we'll all be dead in less than 6 years and had a good laugh about it.

So many posters here would shoot the book store operator if the book did not contain what they would like to read...

Before you attack people, why don't you read the posts?
I posted what was said publicly(maybe you should stay tuned in to events) what was stated by the leader of the Parents of the 43 students that were murdered(?). Or, you aware of this event?

Also the critics of the Exercise , should re-read the article.
The article states that in a certain span of your age, a point system had been developed to predict PROBABILITY. And anyone that
goes to a Doctor that would ask a man without legs to do this, shpuld examine their decision to choose this Doctor
