Curing Salt
Any idea where I can get curing salt, sometimes known as pink salt or sodium nitrite?

Checked Superlake for the Morton's, not there. They have other Morton salts but not the Tender Quick. Going to be making Peameal bacon. Made it for years when we lived on the states as they didn't have it. Need the pink salt for the curing brine. With Tender Quick you do a dry cure.
