Yes, it was a big surprise for me to learn about "inflammatory" foods, simple carbs being the worst of them. Who knew? Eliminating carbs has done wonders for my health.

Ketogenic diets are being used to cure children of seisures. A very high percentage of them will stop having seizures after 2 years. They don't know why it works but something in the brain heals and it's just amazing.

if you do any athletics at all you need carbs and that includes fast walking. if yer stuck to yer sofa-feel free to be carb free.

Well first of all, a ketogenic diet is not carb free and fast walking is not the kind of exercise you can't do on a low carb diet. If I was a runner or a bodybuilder or a soccer player I would need some extra carbs to compete.

Not sure if i left out a word in a previous post but i have to eat a lot of vegetables, no white potatoes..nothing that irretates and right now i'm only steaming or stir fry with extra virgin olive oil.  

Doing better with the head and body aches but now i'm nauseus(can't spell).  There's been talk of me having blood work and a test for typhoid.  Going to see the dra again this afternoon...so crazy.  Maybe the treatment stuff doesn't set with me.  I managed a walk around the block yesterday, now i'm sitting in car at Costco parking lot drinking mint tea...sigh.

I've those withdrawel flues,  this hasn't felt like that.  I usually sleep a day and i'm fine.
