I need to manage a Telmex modem...
Hi all,
We are staying in a casita that has internet connectivity through Telmex. We use a wired connection to the modem and all is fine in that respect. However, I noticed that there is an unknown device present that is connecting via the wireless network. The modem is a Telmex HG532e and I need to access the modem to either shut off the wireless component, or simply change the wpa key. Anyone know what the default admin account creds are?
Thanks.

I would ask the owner what's up. Might not be default and might piss someone off. You can reset the modem if you have physical access.
Lots of Spanish answers if you Google "Telmex HG532e" ..... or Portforward http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Huawei/HG532e/HTTPS.htm
I house sat and the owner never told me she was sharing WiFi with 2 neighbors. I installed my modem and suddenly had knocks on the door.
