I would go to the Tianguis, either Monday or Wednesday and ask Rafa if he would do it, we eat their tacos all the time and they are really good.

Monday at the bottom of the hill to the right.
Wed more than 3/4 of the way down on the right.
You can find them by the red coco cola chairs.

I have been to numerous parties catered by Tacos Pancholin. Call Fabi at 331-519-1506 to discuss it in English. They work in the plaza in SJC but bring everything needed to parties, including a churro maker. Their food is delicious!
