Telephone help needed. Empty Telephone help needed.

I have a friend whose telephone and internet have been out for a week. They have reported it 5 times both in person and over the phone, including once having a Mexican friend call for them in case it was a language barrier. They have stayed home all day every day since the outage started and no one has come by to fix anything.
They asked me to post and see if there is anyone one the board who knows anyone at Telmex or maybe has some pull with them to assist them in getting this resolved. Can anyone help?? Or know anyone who can help???

Have they been (reported in person) to the service/maintenance location on Calle Allen W Lloyd in SAT. That seems to be a good option.

All Telmex in Mexico City toll free.  You'll get service.  The local office is for SALES not service.

01-800-123-2222 is what I used.  It's shown on your Telmex bill.  Just ask for "servicio en ingles por favor."

The 123 2222 is for internet. 050 is for telephone service.

When reporting get a report number they are supposed to give you service withing 72 hours if they do complain with your number as a referrence.

The SAT location is where the service/maintenance people are dispatched from. The Ajijic location  is the "SALES" office.
