Last minute Cabo San Lucas trip....your suggestions desired
Never thought of going there and will probably only go once. There will be 4 of us. Last week of June.
How best to get there? Obviously fly. but with which airline?
Where to stay? King bed, nice views, good food, price not all that important but moderate works.
Rent a car?
Where to eat and what else to do?

If it were me, I would spend a fair amount of time on TripAdvisor reading both the forums and the reviews. Since it is such a popular spot for the inexperienced and undereducated, one had to take a hard look at the profiles of who you might wish to pay attention to. There is often some good info on TA but one has to work at defining it.

Haven't been in years, actually LOTS of years, but....
There's Cabo San Lucas, and San Jose del Cabo. If I remember at all, the airport is sort of in between the two. Pick one.
Where to stay? Always depends on budget, Do you want resorty, or a condo type thing, or whatever? I would guess that June should be easy, with deals.
If you're staying there for an entire week, and with 4 people, I would DEFINITELY plan on renting a Jeep or some such for, at the very least, a day trip, and preferably an overnighter somewhere else. The desert landscape is big and worth seeing, especially if this is your one and only. The Sea of Cortez is amazing, by the way. Totally different than the Pacific side. But it's all great.
For sure get out on the water at least one day by renting a boat, going fishing, or whatever.

Just 3 days, 4 nights. The fancy spots most likely. Resorty works. Drive to the desert sounds good. Could care less about the ocean but will look into seeing the Sea.
Suggestions for food?
