"GUADALAJARA, JALISCO (26/ABR/2014) -. During this year, the Mobility ( SEMOV ) will establish a new model of licensing for motorcyclists. Within this, a motorcycle drivers will be forced to take a training course lasting between 20 and 28 hours. Also, after obtaining the license, drivers must wear a reflective vest where the number of plates you enroll. Be prohibited from traveling more than two passengers, and also against breaching while moving. ........

What they ought to do is just enforce the basic rules--such as no passing on the right and going down thru the center of both lanes.
Especially in downtown Ajijic.

If only that was enforced alot of motos would not injure themselves or cause harm to others trying to avoid them.
