And, the best part: no endless punctures in your skin as they inject and draw out all that stuff.
The advances in cancer treatment in general and chemo specifically are amazing. I know that sometimes it takes everything you have to do it but most weeks you have been able to keep up your golfing.  Thumbs up

Thumbs up   I am receiving my 18th Chemo infusion Thursday, the last one till October.   Might have to get a platelet transfusion before we depart for Sunny and friendly Lakeside....Oncologist assures me I will make our trip cheers !   HOT DAMN!   The past 5 months have been a testing hell, LOL.   3 to 5 days a week @ Oncologist or hospital really sucks......BUT, it is a cheap price to extend life.  Even though the Oncologist doesn't realize the hell he put me thru......1st 3-5 months, then 6-9 months, now 12-18 months, I am thankful I have been given fair warning, and an opportunity to make amends with important people in my life.   I've said it before, and believe it is worth repeating.   We have no control over the past or the future, only the NOW!   For the Now I choose to enjoy every moment....enjoy my Deb, family, and life.

And being able to make the trip to lakeside, spend 5 days fishing with my Buds, sharing lies about the size of the one that got away!  LMAO Beer Beer Beer Beer Beer

Just returned to Casa Grande, AZ. Had a pet scan today. Find out results on Monday. I have decided to try the THC oil . Very expensive, but worth the try.

Just got blood test results and all is near normal. Get results of Pet Scan Monday. Assuming the best, will make plans for extended stay at Lakeside........even drive down, so Deb can see her friends, golf, etc. Meanwhile, schedule fishing trips with ma buds! Got some good news today......the pet scan shows all infected lymph nodes have shrunk and calcified.   My Oncologist plans on putting me on oral chemo now.   Probably monthly, until my lymph system begins to break down.   Currently, the cancer is in my Lymph system and no organs have been attacked.   Really good news, however, no cure in site.
Just happy to say no symptoms and Debbie and I are planning to see you all in Feb.cheers bounce Thumbs up Deb and I thank all of you for your prayers and continued support!

Thank You Lady O.   Rather than continue with chemo, I've decided to roll the dice and started on Rick Simpsons recipe to cure cancer.   THC oil with coconut oil.  THC oil has been proven to cure cancer. Since my Oncologist says my days are numbered....now he doesn't even guess......

With the positive results experienced using the oil....why not give it a shot?

Jim, here is a website to visit. I think you should try ANYTHING that is available. Back in the late 70s my 29 year old sister had acute leukemia, wanted to try a Mexican advocado remedy but her oncologist advised not to. So she didn't but later went into total remission but just could not bring herself to administer the chemo injections to herself. She died a few months later. That was 1979 and this is 2014 and with your wonderful personality and attitude I think you will surely make it. See you in February!

Thank You Lady O and Barbie. Barbie I checked out the site, Thank You for sending.

Since my Oncologist says you're doing great, cancer hasn't attacked any organs yet. I correctly assumed "yet" meant it was just a matter of time till my lymph system fails.

With this prognosis, started THC oil treatment Sunday. This is not approved by the AMA and not a covered procedure. Cost for approx. 90 day supply runs $3000-$4000 USD.
