Is this service available at the U.S.Embassy in Guadalajara?
OR, Where should I go?

You might check with Spencer, Intercasa on this board as he is a certified translator.

I understand Spencer is "Certified" to translate from English to Spanish.  I need a "Certified" translator from Spanish to English that will be legally recognized in the U.S.

Hope he can help or maybe knows where to get help. Please post if you find out.

I am on the US Consulate list of translators (as well as on State Court list and Guadalajara Municipal list) and my translations have been accepted by the US government, never had any problems.
