Return Policy at Walmart

If for example we had a bath towel that fell apart in the washing machine the first time it was washed, could we return that towel? I know NOB we could but not sure here. Thanks in advance for the help.

Never had any problems returning anything at Walmart here.
I do not think that the employees care what the situation is, if you ask for a refund, they give it.  

Helps to have the receipt.

Towels I'd just throw out and not buy another

Electronics have something like 7 days for store return and after that it's dealing with authorized repair

You didn't really expect to get any better quality than that when you bought it at WalMart!

Their return policy (in Spanish, of course) is very clearly stated on a giant sign at the return desk. For sure bring a receipt, and good luck with a towel. If they offer you "dinero electronico", TAKE IT.

And, it better be purchased at the same Walmart store. I bought an item at the Guadalajara store and the return desk refused to take it back since it wasn't purchased from this store. It was unopened and I had the original receipt.
