We used to spend a couple of months a year in Guaymas and the beef they served there was certainly as good if not better than what we got from the ones we raised in Boring.

nice and tender blue rare, and i would suspect it to be mexican beef. maybe even from jalisco.
nice to have a wonderful steak after indulging in fresh seafood in mazatlan all week.
