any miricle cures for badly sprained ankle

I know, I am sure it is God, karma, and it is life showing you it is time to  slow down. Just got to roll with the flow. It won't last forever.

I broke a leg when I had too many important things to do. Wealth always seems to trump health - a mistake I learned. Anyways I got the doctor to cut off the plaster cast and install the aircast I had bought. It has an internal air bladder that you can change as your needs change (swelling, etc.). It is also very light. I notice from their website that they have many other interesting products.
