Voltage Fluctuations in Upper Ajijic

4:30pm.  Anyone experiencing problems with their electricity this afternoon in Upper Ajijic?  One of my 3 phases was varying between 10v and 200v!  After a while it settled at around 36v and now it's up to ~70v.  Lights on that circuit are obviously dim or not working at all (fluorescent).  Is this a "brown-out"?

Called CFE #071 and sometime during the night all was fixed.

My neighbor mentioned the cycling of bright-medium-dim of the lights in his casa.  Weird!  First time I've experienced this kind of event in 7 years - also the hottest June in 7 years!  Related?

CFE grid is likely overloaded from AC systems, refrigeration units and ceiling fans running full tilt.
