I have been here for five years with my Michigan license plate attached to my FM3. As my vehicle turns ten years old next year, I have that window of opportunity to make my vehicle Mexican plated. I would welcome your thoughts on this issue. Zoey

I always understood that you couldn't nationalize a vehicle that was 10 years old or older???

As I understand it, 10 year-old pickup trucks can be nationalized at the border. All others must wait until there's a window of opportunity offered by the Gubmint to be nationalized. Currently there's no window available.
